Three steps to get started

Install the app
Click "Add to Slack" and authorize Pandy to access your workspace. Then select which Pandy workspace to connect.

Pick a channel
Choose a Slack channel for notifications from Pandy settings, or type /pandy connect in any channel.

Start receiving notifications
New customer messages appear as Slack messages. Agent and bot replies show up as thread replies. Reply directly from Slack.
