BoostPanda AI Corp ("BoostPanda", "we", "us") uses the following sub-processors to deliver and support the Pandy platform.

Notification of changes

We will notify customers by email at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor or materially changing how an existing sub-processor is used. During the notice period, customers may object to the change by contacting support@boostpanda.ai. If we cannot reasonably address the objection, the customer may terminate their agreement before the change takes effect.

To receive notifications, ensure your workspace billing contact email is up to date, or email support@boostpanda.ai to subscribe to sub-processor updates.

Service: AI-powered customer support responses and text embeddings

Slack Technologies (Salesforce)

Service: Optional Slack integration for support notifications
How it works: Pandy writes messages into your Slack workspace using a bot token you authorize. Data stays in your Slack workspace and is governed by your organization's agreement with Slack.
